We had a delightful stay in this hotel, and we highly recommend it. The hotel facilities are new and spotless, and the onsen is magnificent, with a notable outdoor bath. The staff was beyond helpful, especially the assistant manager who waited for us for 45 minutes at the bus stop. The location is great, as the main bus for the area stops at the hotel and offers a free shuttle pickup from the station. Besides, the hotel's receptionist helped us arrange our visit to the nearby attractions, which was very considerate.

I loved the beautiful and peaceful atmosphere of this secluded ryokan in the mountains. The staff were polite, warm, and welcoming, despite the language barrier. The public bath, both indoor and outdoor, was a highlight of our stay. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The dinner and breakfast provided were some of the best meals we had on our trip. I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet and comfortable getaway.

During our romantic escape in the countryside, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast, which were way cheaper than in the city. The tranquility of the neighbourhood and the stunning views made it a perfect place for relaxation. we discovered a nearby hidden heritage site, which had fewer tourists than other popular attractions in the area.

The location of the hotel was quite remote, and we had to drive for more than an hour from the nearest city. , communication with some of the staff was challenging due to language barriers.
